Glycerin acts as a humectant, drawing water into the skin cells from the environment to maintain comfortable hydration at a cellular level without any oiliness. Ginseng extract promotes micro-circulation and helps restore balance to skin that fluctuates between oily zones and dehydrated areas. The lightweight emulsifier system - using PEG-100 stearate and glyceryl stearate - creates a smooth, fast-absorbing finish that sits effortlessly under active treatments, serums or SPF without pilling or interference.
