Due to Covid-19, we are unable to accept returns at this time for the safety of our team.

We provide free shipping within the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and to APO/FPO/DPO. We primarily ship orders using the United States Postal Service.

  • Shipping is free within the US for Retail Customers.
  • International Shipping: We can only ship within the United States at this time
  • Pro Accounts pay flat rate shipping with optional insurance.
  • Transit Time: You should receive your products in three to five business days after your order has shipped.
  • Tracking Information: You will receive tracking information when your order ships. You can check order status within your account.

If you experience an adverse reaction to one of our products, you can return the merchandise, accompanied by a register receipt within 15 days of purchase, for an exchange or store credit only.
