Shipping Information

For shipping, we typically process and ship orders within 3-5 business days. However, please note that shipping times may be delayed during sales events or holidays.

  • Retail Shipping: is a flat rate of $5.95 for retail US orders under $75, or free for orders over $75 within the US for retail orders.
  • International Shipping: We can only ship within the United States at this time
  • Pro Accounts: shipping is calculated for your order.
  • Tracking Information: You will receive tracking information when your order ships. You can check order status within your account.

Returns

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@educateyourskin.com or fill out the form below. If your return is accepted, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior communication with our customer support team will not be processed.

Shipping Your Return

Please note that we cannot cover shipping costs or be held responsible for lost packages. To ensure your return reaches us safely, we recommend sending it with a trackable, insured shipping service that provides proof of postage. We are not liable for any items lost or damaged during transit, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Faulty Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives and get in touch with us immediately if you find any defects, damage, or if the wrong item was sent. This allows us to address the issue promptly.

To arrange a replacement for faulty items, please use the form below or email us at support@educateyourskin.com, including your order number and as much detail as possible, along with photos if applicable. We may request the faulty item be returned before issuing a store credit or replacement.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on items. The fastest way to get a different product is to return the original item and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the item you’d like using your store credit.

Store Credits

Once we receive and review your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your store credit. Approved returns will be issued as a store credit to your account.
