We strive to ship orders immediately. However due to nationwide shipping delays, we are unable to guarantee any shipping or processing times.

Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be fulfilled. You should receive your products in 5-7 business days.

If you experience an adverse reaction to one of our products, you can return the merchandise, accompanied by a register receipt within 15 days of purchase, for an exchange or store credit only.Consumers are responsible for return shipping.

Contact Your Local Post Office

Please contact your local post office when your package appears lost or stolen. The post office will track down your packages and open an investigation into your missing parcel. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost or stolen packages.

After 15 days you will be able to file a claim for your lost or stolen package. A claim can not be placed until 15 days after the delivery date.

We cannot file the claim for you. Once you find your package has been lost or stolen, you must contact your local post office immediately.

We do not ship internationally. However, you are welcome to create an account and use a Parcel Forwarding Service to place and receive orders. The service you choose will depend on your destination country. What is a parcel forwarding service?
