Yes, you apply the Q Flavonoid after you cleanse and before your moisturizer. 

The Q Flavonoid Complex is fine to use around the eye area. The H Healing Gel and the A Renewal Complex are unnecessary to use around the eye area.

No need to mix with healing gel or aha serum. I recommend putting Flavonoid on your skin first and then apply retinyl serum. AhA serum can be apply after skin is cleanse. healing gel and flavonoid can be place afterward to soothe the skin. Y light moisturizer will be last and follow up with spf!

I was told that the Q-Flav is very nourishing, looking at the ingredients there are 3 extracts which makes me feel it has more than one active in it and there's an essential oil which can react on skin on it's own. I would say you probably got a reaction due to all these, and I have to ask do you feel that you may be surface dry? that will make you more sensitive to things. Use the Skin Healing Gel, that is like a miracle go to serum that helps heal most everything. use daily, all day if need to. then super charge your water to make it work better for you as we drink a lot of dead water these days due to all the filtering. luvs n hugz

It’s good to apply a serum underneath the retinol. But that serum depends on your skin. Is it oily or is it combination or dry? The Q flavonoid is a great serum if your skin is a little blotchy with pigmentation and/or sensitive and needing nutrients. The healing gel is for oily or sensitive skin so I use it a lot for that reason. What’s important is that you use products that are right for your personal skin. Usually, I mix a little healing gel with the Q flavonoid, and then put the retinol on over top at night.

The essential oil is less than 1% and it’s absolutely perfect for rosacea, dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis. It’s a beautiful serum that is super soothing and calming.

Yes, the q flavonoid is a serum and can be used with other products over top of it. Because of its coloring, it’s often better to be used as your nighttime serum.
