Answer:	The bio rejuvenating complex is a peptide serum that can be used under your moisturizer on a dryer skin type. It can be used as a light moisturizer over a serum on a combination oily skin type. Sunblocks and sunscreen application is the last product on your skin prior to makeup if being used.
