You cannot always get everything out of the skin as sometimes hard and see them form scar tissue because it’s been there a long time.Milia’s for instance need extractions with a small needle. Depending on what stage you live in, you may not be able to use these very small Extraction needles.Extractions is an art that requires training and experience. That’s why my next event in September here in Los Angeles is all about acne and extractions. | |
