    Yes, normally vitamin C should be used in the daytime and the Q flavonoid used at night. Both of these are serums. 

    The rejuvenating complex can be applied over top.

    It is used all over the face as a serum prior to moisturizer.

    Answered by the admin The bio rejuvenating complex is a peptide serum that can be used under your moisturizer on a dryer skin type. It can be used as a light moisturizer over a serum on a combination oily skin type. Sunblocks and sunscreen application is the last product on your skin prior to makeup if being used.
