Answer:	It’s usually used on a clean eyebrow in the PM. The skin can get a little dry and/or red during its use. Use as needed. You can use it every night the first week and then every other night there after. It will help hair to thicken and grow over time. Note: bald patches with no hair follicles, will not miraculously grow hair.
