Question: | Is there a way for me to get the instructions on how to use the products from this kit? Because my skin is so sensitive, I've had to buy each product separately and try them each for a few weeks to see if they react negatively with my skin. I have all of the products in the kit now but am unsure how to use them together in a daily routine. |

Answer: | For you I would recommend:AM regimen Cleanser, healing gel, b lotionPM Cleanse (massage into the skin for 30 seconds and remove with a warm wet wash cloth). Healing gel, a night gel.Use the p solution for acne skin as a spot treatment on the pimples. Ice nightly also for 10 seconds x3Use the exfoliating mask once a week by mixing it half and half with the healing gel. Massage into the skin and remove it after 2-5 minutes with cold water and cotton rounds.The exfoliating mask and the p solution should not be used on the same days.Also the q flavonoid can be used in the PM after the healing gel but before the a night gel. Use sparingly as a very small amount is all that’s needed once a day PM. | |
