Usage Instructions
Use each evening after cleansing and applying a serum. Blend the cream onto your fingertips and lightly rub in for even distribution. Avoid the delicate eye area.

In her videos, Nerida always recommends separating AHAs and retinoids. She suggests applying Retinols at night as part of your regimen, after washing off make-up. Then sleep, wake up, wash again, and apply AHAs in the AM. Nerida usually recommends against retinoids in prescription strengths, so be very careful even with 0.5 strength. |

Yes, absolutely. Because rosacea is a combination of ruddiness, inflammation and oil, it is recommended to use the skin healing gel prior to its application to also heal and sooth the skin. Use the retinol serum in the evenings:) |

We don't recommend mixing the g AHA Cream with another active product like a salicylic acid serum, but you can alternate between the two products on different nights. So you could use this product every other night, and then your serum on the nights in between. |
