Your skin type describes the skin you were born with. It stays constant throughout your life, although you may notice some changes as your skin matures. There are six basic types: dry, combination/dry, combination/oily, oily, acne-prone and mature. You will always get the best results with products that are tailored to your skin type.
Sub-conditions are the concerns that affect your skin that can be improved through application of the right products. They include surface dryness, ruddiness/couperose/spider naevi, sensitivity/over-processed skin, rosacea/dermatitis/eczema/psoriasis, large pores/winer pores and hyperpigmentation/melasma.
The kits contain everything you need to treat your skin concerns, including detailed directions to help you get the best from the products. After 4–6 weeks, when you should see your skin starting to improve, you can add in the second stage of products to further refine and brighten for more beautiful skin.
It’s recommended that you shouldn’t use retinols while you are pregnant or nursing. These products include the a Night Gel, the a Retinyl Serum, the d Clearing Gel, the Facial Firming Mask and the w Lightening Serum. We would also not recommend using chemical peels during this time, such as the Rejuvi Peeling Formula.

AHA: alpha-hydroxy acids, also known as fruit acids. The Rejuvi AHA complex is made up of glycolic, lactic, malic, tartaric, citric and salicylic acids, and promotes skin exfoliation and the rate of skin cell renewal.

ALA: Alpha-lipoic acid, a powerful antioxidant.

BHA: beta-hydroxy acid, also known as salicylic acid, which gently smooths and exfoliates.

DMAE: dimethylaminoethanol, which can tighten and smooth the skin.

EGF: Epidermal Growth Factor, a protein that helps boost the production of collagen for an anti-aging effect.

GLA: Gamma Linolenic Acid, a fatty acid with skin-soothing and anti-inflammatory properties

My Package Was Lost or Stolen

Please contact your local post office when your package appears lost or stolen. The post office will track down your packages and open an investigation into your missing parcel.We cannot guarantee replacement of lost or stolen packages.
After 15 days you will be able to file a claim for your lost or stolen package. A claim can not be placed until 15 days after the delivery date.
We cannot file the claim for you. Once you find your package has been lost or stolen, you must contact your local post office immediately.
